Noble Public Schools released a survey today to parents via email requesting input in potential cuts the district will need to make in light of recent state aide reductions, according to a Noble parent.
As most of you are aware, our state budget crisis is causing schools across the state to make difficult, painful choices, as to the future education of our students. In our attempts to be proactive and fiscally responsible, we are working diligently to minimize the negative effects for our children. However, due to the severity of the revenue shortfalls, we will not be able to continue operating as we have. We have developed a brief survey to assist us in identifying areas that may have to be potentially cut going forward.
We understand that we will not all agree on the changes that will eventually have to be made, but we want to give you the opportunity to have input. Thank you for your cooperation and support in this very critical matter. Go Bears!

Reports from Noble parents indicates that the survey asks parents to rate the impact of transportation, extracurricular activity, and staffing reductions on students.
