In an Oklahoma county where students‘ face parental imprisonment and drug addiction, the local school district, bolstered by rising property values thanks to Google infrastructure near town, is choosing to invest in direct services needed by students. Thanks to the increase in properly values, the district is experiencing unprecedented financial stability and no longer needs any state aid.
Wouldn’t it be great if we could find a way to partner all of our districts with a benevolent corporation would
would simple simply pay their taxes, invest in the community, and enable the district leaders to run the school like educators?
